Warranty, Refund Policy & Shipping Information

Return Policy:  If you are not satisfied with this product and you pay by check or money order we will refund your money (without shipping) if returned within (60) days from date of delivery. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the price of your order less 3.5% of the grand total of your order. All returns must be returned with complete, original packaging and manual. All returns after the 60 day original warranty will only be fulfilled by repair or replacement of the Quicktionary/Wizcom unit. –
